Craig Ratchford

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Craig joined CalStar in 2010 to lead our Sales and Marketing activity, bringing over 15 years of successful experience in building products. Most recently, Craig helped drive the remarkable growth of James Hardie in multiple product, sales, and regional leadership roles across the U.S. Earlier, he led contractor sales at several small local and national building material dealers. Craig grew up around the brick industry in the Carolinas, learning about the business from his father who managed a brick plant, and spending his summers working with masonry contractors. Craig holds an MBA from the University of Miami and a BA in History and Sociology from Lenoir-Rhyne College.
